Twelve Capital’s Management acquires Twelve Capital Holding AG shares held by Graubündner Kantonalbank

In January 2022, Graubündner Kantonalbank (GKB) acquired a minority stake of around 30 percent in the independent investment manager Twelve Capital Holding AG (Twelve Capital). After two years of strategic partnership, Twelve Capital’s management decided to acquire this stake.
